300CD-Two open ended vacuum hoses out of the relay next to brake booster?
Under the hood, on the firewall, behind and next to the power brake booster there is a device that looks roughly like a little milk bottle with a whitish cap on it. Coming out underneath of it there are two vacuum lines and an electrical line. The two vacuum lines are presently OPEN, they lead to nowhere-just open to the air. They look like they were cut off. This cannot be correct. Can someone please tell me what they are and where they go?
