82'300d not charging

I've installed a new battery and removed the alternator, it checked good. The tension nut was missing and the bolt wore down from rubbing against the pulley. I replaced the alternator bracket, nut, bolt and belts. It was great for about 10 days but it's not charging again. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate the help. I'm stumped I thought I had fixed the problem.

It could be one of many things
I would start by removing the alternator and checking the brushes to see if they are worn out(witch is very possible)...
Then if that checks out good, your voltage regulator is defective.
Keep in mind that alternator has probably never been looked at in its life,so I'm quit sure you'll find your problem in one of these 2 items.
Good luck
