Here's mine. Original owner took good care of her, but it wasn't quite a daily driver when I bought her (last October). However, she's since up and running. She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts.
This little gem was stored in a trailer since 2003 with a broken oil pan. I bought it for 900 bucks and after a new Pam, injector nozzles and glow plugs, it comes to life with about 2 revolutions of the starter
I love this car already

I didn't realize that the 200D was in production into the W123 years. They actually go back to the fin tail years and replaced the old 190D. US discontinued them in favor of the 220D W115 in 1968. Nice car.
123s aren't popular in this forum.... more for newer models. As for the gallery, it's only successful for enthusiasts/owners who wish to send in their photos/info. And it has grown, and still growing. Too bad Zed, how pessimistic you are sometimes.
BTW, here's my '85 300CD
In my opinion, the 123 is the best Benz ever built.
still lots of them on the road and pushin' 450k+
