Does anyone know of a link for Turbo boost pressure and waste gate adjustments.

You will need to identify which Turbo You have. Most have Garrett (Air Research) Turbos but some had KKK Turbos.

Below is a pic of a Garrett Turbo (Air Research). The spring tension on the Boost Pressure Regulating Valve/Waste Gate appears to be adjustable by way of the Nut indicated by the Red Arrow.
However, I have not read of anyone doing this adjustment.

I have read of folks putting a seperate Boost Control Valve inline with the Boost Control Hose. I hear you can adjust when they open.

Other non-adjustable factors are the clearances of the Compressor and Turbine Wheels in their housings. If there is a lot of clearance it could be possible that the Turbo might not reach the pressure you need yet the Boost Control remains closed.

There is no pic of the Boost Control Valve/Waste Gate of a KKK Turbocharger.
