w123 Rear wing - Help please..

w123 Rear wing - Help please..
Hello,
New to the forum so thank you all in advance. Think its great that there is so much help here.
So I have bought a 1983 W123 230E as a restoration project. I removed the frond drivers side wing today so see if it could be fixed ( quire a bit of rust) after quite a bit of grinding it is obvious it is un repairable so I am going to buy 2 x new fromt wings. The problem is that the rear wings need replacing also. I am a bit confused that on the websites selling wings the rear one seems to be in two sections.

the confusing part is that they both look different and there is a huge price different. Could someone help me please.
The rust is around the arches only.
