Any feedback on it or other suggestions? I read something about using brake hose to fix the springs but that's about it. Thanks for any help with this.

It's difficult to understand what is involved without doing it or seeing detailed info about it. Is the idea just that the spring(s) break and you just need to fix those to revamp the cushion on the seats? I originally thought some sort of new padding was also needed. Any links would be helpful as I only found the brief description about using a brake hose when I searched.

Maybe it will be easier if someone had a writeup with pictures on how they restored their seats...I searched and couldn't find much. Surely, this has been gone over many times though. Anyone have a link to a writeup/diy on seat restoration?

lol, seems kinda ghetto but if it works...so what was I reading about with the springs?

Seems like a completely different method/direction of restoring the seats. Although I like the pool noodle idea, I was hoping for something that restores to OEM condition.
