W123 300D Project car
Hey everyone, I just wanted to say HI.
I have been a MB fan since I was a kid and I am finally ready to buy a W123 300TurboDiesel.
I am quite mechanical and this will be a fun project car that I will eventually turn into a daily driver. I have searched and know the basic PPI items, just want to know about the small repairs that actually cost more than one would think.
I know I have my work cut out for me...so let the fun begin.
If anyone has any helpful tips or things to look out for, please let me know.

Hello!
I'm new to the forum myself but I wish you the best of luck with rust repairs.
The engines on these cars are pretty reliable but sometimes the platework starts rusting underneath the thick paint.
