Anyone else have this windshield wiper problem

Back at it with more 500$ car problems. I was cleaning my window with the jets and my wipers wouldn't turn off I had to take the key out to stop them. Any way to fix this
thanks

Sounds like a stuck relay. Maybe try swapping the wiper relay for another identical one in the fuse panel.

Post W123 Wipers

The wiper relay is way up under the dashboard behind the gauge binnacle, you must *gently* (push from behind, NEVER pull !) the binnacle and look for the relay .

They age out and usually fail causing random wiper sweeps .

New, not too $pendy, try a good used one first .
