stripped motor mount bolt

According to R&R instructions I've seen in several places the lower motor mount 8mm allen head bolt can become stripped out. The PO who replaced the motor mounts did just that. It was tight so they left it that way and now the mount needs to replaced. Does anyone know what size extractor and drill bit I need to get it out? Also, where can I get a replacement bolt?

If you bugger the bolt or threaded hole, others have been successful in drilling it out and replacing with a bolt and aircraft-type locking nut.
