Tough to find stuff....where?
I need to find a throttle actuator linkage bushing for an old 240d, of course, MB says its NLA. Where do you guys go when you need something unusual or tough to find? MB Germany does not have it, there is a company that says they have it on Amazon (but they are in radio silence and it has not appeared, 3 weeks now), and a few on Ebay, most in Thailand (questionable and forever). Someone have a suggestion for hard to obtain parts? I can't recall having quite this much difficulty before, but of course, the Company is not what it used to be. BTW it's 123-300-1340.

I too am looking for this part, these throttle pivot bushings (firewall mounted) for the late W123 are NLA now it seems. If anyone has a lead or wishes to part with their spare...

Those bushings are available by a guy who is making them out of polyurethane for $25. Don't have the link on hand but I ordered one for stock . I found the link on the pelican parts forum.
