W213 Spare Tire

Hi All

I have seen this top discussed differently so decided to write a fresh thread.

I have a US spec E300 4matic with 245/45 R18 tires.

I am looking to purchase 213-400-06-00 which has a spec of 135/70 R19

Want to get rid of no warranty 20K run flats with warranty included 50K continentals

I found that the tire diameter is very close (spare is 0.24mm smaller). attaching an image for stats

1) Is this substantial enough to through the 4matic off?
2) If i can use it, hoping someone else has, do the same lug nuts fit?

I do not mind loosing the trunk space!
