Hello. Im Javi from Spain and I have a little issue, hope anyone can help me. I have a 2018 W213 220 and I connect it via Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay, and everything works correctly. GPS directions sound great, music, etc., but when I'm on a call, I can hear perfectly, but they can't hear me. If I hold down the command button on the steering wheel and speak to the car or Siri, they can hear me and execute my commands. I’ve reset the infotainment unit, but the issue persists, and since everything else works correctly, it's driving me crazy. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

my mistake but is a common error of Mercedes, maybe someone has the same problem
