300CE 1990 stalling
My 1990 300CE cuts out when engine is hot about 15 minutes of driving and became very difficult to start.It normally starts after leaving the car for about 2hours. Please members what do you think is wrong.

start by checking fuel pressure cold/hot, difficulty starting when warm could be a faulty fuel pressure accumulator
also, does it die when you let off throttle or in the middle of driving?
if it dies when u let off throttle, it could be low idle speed, try raising the idle speed.. the adjustment knob is under the air filter assembly
also, my frequent hard starting/ stalling was due to a very clogged fuel filter. They are cheap, you may wanna replace yours if you havent done so for more than a year

300ce stalling
It dies in the middle of driving, i will check the fuel accumulator and the filter and let you know the result. i hardly drove this car it sits down a lot some times for 2 or 3months.

um i hate to say this. its probably a throttle acctuator. the part is $1200 at mbz wholesale. i have the same prob but have refused to buy the part and live with my idle bouncing. there are NO aftermarket solutions that i know of nor are there rebuilt ones.
