hmmmmmmm...that looks really nice. How much did the muffler cost you?
I'm looking into a exhaust too. Don't know which one to get. Do you still have the middle muffler there? More info would be appreciated!![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
ohhh how does it sound?

Can't wait to hear that then. ![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)
by the way, what's your name. Might as well get familiar with you since I'll be meeting you at the meet it looks like anyways. lol
I was leaning towards a Remus, but...400-500 doesn't sound too good for my budget.

It turned out nice. I wouldn't go get it louder, you don't want it to end up sounding ricey. To make it sound louder they're probably going tell you to take out your cat ,center muffler or make you go bigger pipping. Magnaflow is ok. For a lil bit more I would've gone with a better muffler and warranty Borla with dual Remus tips.

Looks pretty good. A pic from a couple feet back might be a little nicer so the tips aren't poking me in the eye lol. I agree with CaliE320. I don't have any experience with Borla on Mercs but I had their catback on my old Camaro and that was one high quality exhaust! (Sounded ok too

Remus or replicas, as long as they look good. Want to go with a whole system but was always scared it would be too noisy. What do you think is a good exhaust system for a 95 but dont want it sounding ricey.
BTW thanx for the contact.

I'm also in the market for an exhaust system. Open up your ideas everyone!
Ashman, how does that Remus exhaust you have sound? I would get that, but the price scares me away. lol
I was wondering, if you guys also kept the center muffler and did some custom piping for the exhaust. I need to replace mine soon anyways. My stock exhaust has MAD exhaust leaks. RUST is everywhere. Does anyone know and if there are any problems if you have exhaust leaks?

ill take more pics tomorrow. ill check the site right now.... 14335 i beleive, but if u have an 94 E320 u should get ...... an offset center one, because the tips bend at the end and they have to rig up a pipe. im thinking about taking the resinator off and just going straight magnaflow. louder yes but MORE power!!!!!

hey sorry for the late reply, my name is Mark. my friend has the same magnaflow on his SL320 and it does have a hint of rice to it... but your best bet to get rid of that ricey sound from the six would be to do a straight pipe system with just the cats on. my friend has that on his mustang and it sounds like a HUGE 8 when it is a small 6 lol. that is where my knoledge stops with eghaust!!

lol. hey mark, so you dont recommend the Magnaflow on the MB's?
It's true about the sounding though. Anyways, Im still wondering about the Remus exhaust and what not. seeing how that might sound and if its worth the 400 bucks to cash out.
Mike, thanks for pointing out his missed up trunk!

I have a remus on my car, and it sounds great. it is not ricey, it is throaty under acceleration, and even throatier under WOT, but still classy. There is no droning at highway speeds, and in fact it actually seems to be fairly quiet in comparison to other offerings. to me it sounds like the stock muffler, only with a bit of guts to it.

Chris,
When I did my exhaust I switched out my center for an Ansa and my rear to a Sprewell exhaust with all new piping. Remus is worth the money but since you're on a budget save that money and do your hood first. You can always get an exhaust later. Reason I say that is since you're planning on getting a kit, your exhaust would probably have to come off and get re-bent or re-extended to fit the new rear apron. Just get some dual tips welded on for now.
