E200 with 2.3-16v Engine

Hey guys,

I've got a 190E 2.5-16 at home which is only for weekend use as it will be highly modded. Now am thinking about buying a E200 124 (of course!) as I've always wanted one for daily use and put in a 2.3-16v engine from a 190E 2.3-16v which I've just found from a junkyard. Why I'm choosing that engine than let's say a 5litre (I wish!) is because the higher the litre the more I would have to spend on the yearly road tax and the engine performance is still better than a normal E230. Can anyone tell me if there would be any problems in doing or has anyone every done it? I do know that the E200 and 190E 2litre have the same engine. So putting in 2.3-16 shouldn't be a problem right? I think it would be cool!
