Need Advice on 2003 E500

Hi,
I am planning to buy a certified pre-owned 2003 Mercedez Benz E500.
I saw the carfax.com car vehicle history report.

It shows 1 manufacturer recall issued, but didnt give any specific details.

I spoke to a Merc Benz customer service representative and he told me that there were infact 2 recalls issued on the vehicle.

Here is the info.

Recalls :
# 1) SBC (sensotronic brake control) recoding.
# 2) s211 drain grommit.

I searched for more info online but in vain.

For all MB experts out there, i request you to explain me what the above probs are. Are these severe ??

Is it worth pursuing this deal. Please advise.
