powerstearing resevoir fluidamount

on powerstearing. I have just one question?
If you look at the picture of the powerstearing resevoir i noticed, that there is no indicator to how much fluid to put in there. The reason for this quistion is, the the level of fluid in my resevoir is very low, and i am afraid to put too much in there. how far up the pole in the middle should the fluid be???
