My blinkers sometimes won't work, and sometimes if its working, its off beat and slow...also, the light around the gear shifter cuts on and off, am I having fuse problems?! please help!

hey check your fuse box. are all of them fine? especially check the 3rd one. i guess my bulb is dead since my i have no light by there except for the windows. if you put in a new fuse and it blows when you turn on the lights, you have a short somewhere. for me it was the headlight wipers. jerry from Import auto works disconnected that and put in a new fuse and its as good as new

check your bulbs. that can happen if the bulbs get tired, otherwise it could be the flasher relay.

The shifter light could be the bulb, or it could be something with the fuses. even thought he fuses may look ok, they could have hairline fractures. You need to pull the fuse to see.

and its always a nice idea to replace all the fuses if they look worn. good $7 dollar upgrade. are there any tutorials in how to reach the shifter light bulb??

check the dimmer knob on the dash by the speedo. turning one of those knobs sets the clock, the other dims the interior lights. The dimmer is known for shorting out and causing darkness on all the interior lights.

is this the bulb for the shifter? if so, which bulb is it? i don't think they have these at your local kragen /autozone/ pep boys, or am i wrong?
*edit* wow my veins pop out a lot in the heat... oh and an addition, will a light tint improve temperature? like will it not be burning hot when i get in?? is there a tint that comes stock? do i have to take that off before putting in the new stuff???
