Where to get a computer?

My 1995 e320 coupe has a problem that may be related to the central computer. Does anyone know where to find one of these? Is anyone rebuilding these? A new one from the dealer is much too expensive

I've got one... but the question is how much are you willing to pay?

Just keep looking.

I had a faulty comp. on my 91 300e, was quoted everything from 500 to 2000 dollars until I found someone on mercedesshop willing to sell me a used one for 150 bucks. Put it in, probably a year ago, and it still works like a charm!

Computer

Looks like it's the wiring harness, the problem is getting progressively worse[can't drive it] Has anyone else tackled this issue? Sent a message to MB Canada, but no response

Yes, I went through the harness problem. I had to replace the throttle body actuator as well. My mechanic said if I had kept on driving it, the ECU would have burned up too. The throttle body actuator was $1700 and the harness was $750. The car had 48000 miles on it when I replaced it last year. My mechanic threw out the figure of $5000 for an ECU, but said he knew of a place in CA that rebuilds them. I'm not how accurate the ECU price was, as that is the one thing I have not had to replace on this car. Good luck
