210 was a typo. the 201 and 124 usa flutes are the same. however i mentioned i have the euro version of the lights. they have different flutes just look at the pics above. now the only way to get a perfect beam is to match a projector with a lamp no doubt. however my hids look like the original hids made for the older s class. the older s class never had the clarity and percision that the projectors have now. the new projectors even have high beams via a servo motor that lifts an internal diffuser allowing the bottom part of the projector to be used.

the high beam convo came about becuase i mentioned it way early in this thread and was merely stating what you can and cant have using the setup i have.

to prove to you with photos is kinda of absurd since i am really not interested in winning an arguement that has no point in being an arguement.

so to reitterate if u have euro 124 lenses with the correct diffuser, expoxy the lamps to an old h4 metal holder and use mbz water proof ballasts you can get the same lighting i have.

btw for future reference a bulb is just the glass part of the lamp. a lamp is the full assembly.

You guys have some nice setups all of which looks expensive. After my euro headlight conversions all I can look forward to are very bright halogen bulbs. The HID kits are gonna have to wait until after college.

shoot... i still have the normal us spec headlights and i think even the stock bulbs !!

I will give it up to you. That kit looks dam good in your car. The beam pattern is pretty darn wide, I really hope you don't have any problems with the kit.
