Condenser fan always on......

My condenser fan (2 fans in front of radiator) is constantly on all of a sudden, one day it just turned on without turning on the AC and has been on ever since from the moment I put the key in position 1.

Does anybody know what the problem could be?
Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance
Francis
