NO More Head Bangin For This Newbie! (pic)

As my brother and I replaced the cap, rotor and wires the other night i must have banged my head about 50 times saying to myself " those M B mechanics must pull the grill off to work on these things". Not till I started looking on this site and in my MB Bible did I discover the awsome engineering they put into the "Bonnet"(pic). It opens ALL THE WAY! No more bumps on the head! Does this mean I graduate to Senior Member right away?

This is one of the best features our cars have. I wish my supra's hood opened like that.

It's been awhile since I've been using that feature. I can't remember how I stumbled on to it, but it's probably one of the most simple and best feature on these cars.

Like you said, no more banging on your head. Doesn't sound like much help until you become a "DIY". It makes it so much easier to work on the car.
