are W210 seats usuable in a w124 type??

are W210 seats usuable in a w124 type??
Has anyone gone through checking to see if seats from this class of car the w210 models can be used in our w124 cars... I think that the wiring for the controls may have to be changed and it looks like the bolts wont line up...any insite into whats possible...thanks..looking to make a seat upgrade from the vinyl thats in there now...and move up to leather....
