Idle control valve is full with gas...

My car is stalling after 2 minutes and never starts.
I can see gas in the hose that goes to the idle valve which is also split at the end to the valve.
When I opened the throtle body a lots of white smoke coming from inside.
I don't know if the gas and the smoke is normal.
Please help
Thank you

The cold start injector injects into the hose between the idle air valve and the manifold. Engine vacuum is supposed to "suck" that fuel into the manifold, but if the hose is leaking, who knows?
