Fuel pump trouble!

G - 55 AMG, E 320 Coupe Sportline, C 230 kompressor
Fuel pump trouble!

Hi i got an E 320 Coupe Sportline from 1994 and i've been having some trouble with the fuel pump. This car uses 2 fue pumps last moth i replaced the damaged one and the fuel filter but now i got some problems with both pumps! Have anyone ever had this kind of trouble???

A rule of thumb in automotive repair is to replace as many related parts as possible (i.e. if you replace brake rotors replace the pads and hardware too). This is because if one part is worn out the chances are related parts in the system are on its way out too. Another reason being is that the older parts can't "keep up" w/ the performance of the newer parts. One example is an outer rear wheel bearing I replaced on another car I own because of noise it was making. Later that week the both inner and outer bearings fouled up because the inner bearing could not keep up with the efficiency of the new outer one.
