Actually it was not my fault

A STUPID driver jumped in front of me, I tried to avoid him, so the right rear wheel hit the side footpath on the road, the car swayed to the left then right … left again 
Hmmm!

I've learned an "advanced" driving lesson, it’s (not to avoid hitting the stupid drivers jumping in font of others without any signals)

THANKS TO GOD :: it was a mercedes / not /mazda

it was (more than ***Km/hr) ... and the object was smaller than what you think but harder than expected

If it was in cali it could be fixed.....did you hit a fire hydrant at 25mph?

 

you were going a smidgen under 40 and the guy on the motorcycle going 40 and you swerved out of the way, but failed and hit the guy on the side... thats my guess.. Hope everybody came out just ok

• Chappy : thank you my dear friend , the car is not totalled ... i'll tell you why .. here " in my country (Oman) ... we have 2 types of insurance
  1. full ... 2. second/third party only.
  if the car is more than 10yrs. old it can only have a second party policy.
  -mine is 10 years old.. and i have to repair it my self ( not the insurance company ) ... so i took it to the workshop and it'll be fixed for around 2000$.

  youre allmost right .. but it was not a motorbike.. it was a SUZUKI Vitara beside me..
  only some small scratches on my partners face coz. of the airbag, and bcoz. he forgot to put on the seat belt .

Glad to see your ok. After being in 2 wrecks in a Mercedes I too would never drive anything else. lucky for you that you were not going that fast in some other car. Best of wishes with the repair work. Ohh and make sure you take it to a person who knows how to fix them!!
