1991 Mercedes-Benz 300D 2.5 Turbo
the grill badge rewards are slightly different than that......but you're close:
Badge 1. 250,000 KM (155,000 miles)
Badge 2. 500,000 KM (312,000 miles)
Badge 3. 750,000 KM (466,000 miles)
Badge 4. 1,000,000 KM (625,000 miles)
Badge 5. 1,000,000 Miles
The current record holder is a 1976 Mercedes Benz 240D.......it has over 2.8 million miles! The most recent car to receive the 1,000,000 mile badge is a 1970 280 Se at 1,019,000 miles.
The badges are free, just hop on over to MB USA and look for the "High Mileage Award". They have an application that you can fill out, then take to a dealership. Later on, you can get your badge.

Met a guy with a 3 million mile Volvo (1960's P-Class, I think) -- had badges all over the front of that car!!!! And I met him at a trackday - and he was running that car(!).
Classic Stuff!
