Question Puddle lights

Hey guys,

Can anyone tell me how to replace the puddle lights that are located underneath my doors? They are all out...

anyone have an idea? I didn't want to just try pulling/yanking the plastic covers themselves, and I just don't see a slot or an opening anywhere on the doors.
