Hi All,
I am a new owner and really love this car 1989 300E some pictures http://s61.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=1...H1OXTDUVDPSVCP

a few comments and questions..I would like to find some how to things like how to get into the drivers back seat open to replace the gear for the head rest..how the alarm works, a good suggestion on some rear shocks , a steering wheel cover that simulates the Zebrano wood look, no one can tell me even with the Vin what the interior color is looks like tan, some good and not to expensive wood kits or if Premium gas compared to regular will make a differance? type of oil filter air filter, decent floor mats ? some vendors that are good ...hopefully all that read doesnt spam so feel free email me direct at davebear@localnet.com many thanks
Dave

Car requires premium.

Unless you live at high altitude you'll hurt it with regular.

Produces one horsepower per cubic inch, you know. That doesn't often happen with a regular-gas motor, especially in 1989.

Nice car, Although I'm not a fan of your headlights it looks very clean and fresh.

Yea try using premium, runs better I think.

Not unusual - it is the sensor connector which you will find plugged into the water reservior tank. Try cleaning it but you probably need a replacement. Just keep your eye on the engine temp.
