Cant Find Certain Thread

I remember someone posting a thread on how to modify the wheel well w/pretty good directions w/pics....anyone no the name or where i can find it...i tried using the "search" and still no luck...

not sure, but i dont think so. i remember clicking on a link and my adobe acrobat opening up w/detailed steps and pics showing how to roll or widen the fenders...(is that flaring them?)
