I would appreciate advice regarding the removal of the a/c compressor - has been leaking around seals and to avoid around AUD$2000 to have it replaced I have found a good outfit that specialize in reconditioning $220 if seals only, or $490 for complete reco.
I intend removing it myself and have had no previous experience with a/c units so any advice would be very much appreciated.
