It doesn't work that way.
Original radio was 2-channel, and fader splits that.
Your replacement radio with built-in fader is probably 4-channel.
No 'pin jumping' will accomplish what you want--instead you have to directly connect your outputs to wires going to appropriate speakers.
Your dealer has a nice plastic blank to fill the space of the removed fader.
