i guess no one has tried it. are there any suggestions for a highly reflective paint that can withstand high heat?

If you haven't already done so, spend the less than $40 and get a set of Sylvania Silver Star bulbs. Model #9007. This is the best route to take until you can get the Euro lights. I've had these on both my 300E and 300CE. They work very well and are a huge improvment over stock bulbs.
Best advice I can offer. Silver or chrome paint wouldn't do the trick any way, as it is the prizm design on the lens face that is the problem.
Good Luck,
Jayare

i tried silverstars and it didnt do much for me. as of now i have in some hella bulbs, i forget the exact model. they arent even street legal because they are so bright...unfortunately noone would ever be the wiser if they are on my car. damn, i was hoping that painting reflectors would solve my problem, its getting bad. almost to the point where i pray for someone with xenons to get behind me and light the way for me
