Yes, that's it. Sometimes it can be kind of tricky to get off. It is locked into place, so you have to lift up on the black tab (attached to the red cap) to get it to pull up. Make sure the trannsmission is all nice and warm when you check it, and that the car is on level ground.

engine running when checking
I beleive the engine should be idling and the car should have been driven at least 10 miles or so because the trans temp needs to be at operating temp.
