totalled my 300ce
i had mine repaired when my cousin crashed it. i your case it doesnt sound too bad. some front parts, wheel, maybe suspension. if the frame isnt bent you can fix it for about $2000 if you do the work yourself. of course i dont have pictures in front of me so i cant say that with authorirty.

i couldnt take any pics form under the car. but as u can see, the bumped needs to be replaced, my fender, and my wheel was bent back into teh wheel well, and i messed up my wheels. other than that, not much cosmetic damage.
This was my car after it got hit by a truck for the second time..i fixed it for about $400

but its your car, its your time. its your money.
i searched long and hard to find my car. i wanted the 2.6. MB tex interior. light exterior colour. and it kinda landed in lap for a great price. i didnt want to go find another one.

its a safe car
in a smaller econocar who knows what would have happened to you. (this was my reasoning for lending my car to my cousin instead of my smaller, older BMW!)
its a reliable car (i think!)
replacing it with something else would cost about the same or more as repairing it
etc
I could use the front bumper tow cover and the bottom plastic plate that may be on the bottom of your engine..and of course any chrome interior or wood if it will fit my 1989 300E W124 .Thanks,
Dave
