It is easy, there are 4 bolts, and you have to be carefult to slide the seat along the guide next to the center console.
THe hardest part is plugging the seats back in underneath when putting them back in. Very tight fit. Trust me, if I can do it, anyone can.

Looks nice! Your car is just like mine, except I have the saddle interior and not black. Did you remove the front seats just to clean underneath? That's some dedication. God only knows what I'd find under my front seats...

I Love this car. I had one in the 90's and sold it in 1999 - regreted it ever since. Yes, I could see all kinds of food, papers, etc... under the seats...turned on the radio in the garage one night, cracked open a couple of beers and by 2am, it was spotless inside.

It is really easy to do.

I think you've inspired me.

Whats the procedure for removing the back seat? Just pull those red tabs?

Yes, its that easy. If I remember correctly, you actually push them inward and pull up on the seat.
Good Luck!

Thanks I took a few pictures which I'll post later. It really was that easy. Push in tabs, pull up. The seat back drops in and is secured by three screws. It was really simple to remove.

Given how easy it all was to take out it really made me think about rewiring the speakers.
