Alarm goes off for no reason at least 6 times a week. At the times it does this it seems to be hyper sensitive. I can just lay my hand on the hood and it will go off, so Im guessing certain sounds, metal expanding from sunlight, or whatever is setting it off. Can the sensitivity be adjusted, or is there a fuse or something I can just unplug and be done with the thing!? Any help would be greatly appriciated.

find which sensor does this, its most likely a faulty sensor. If you said hood, its prolly that one.
