they are look far too ricey on a mercedes, the 1 piece euro 87-93 smoked lights are the best to get. They don't look stock but they have a very sleek flowing appearance..

these are one of my pal's W124,

his headlights are the 2nd set you upload.

his taillights are just crystal type, not the LED type.

for me, i'm thinking of installing the 1st set(ti-color) and (LED)taillights

but need to find out more about the connectors & pins..

I have the crystal version on my car as well, not the LED's though. I personally like how they look on a white w124 (check out some more pics of my car on the last page of the car pics thread):

i was going to make a headlight thread.. but i think ill just highjack this one

im also looking to upgrade my headlamps on my 87 300 w/ wipers. i am trying to decide between getting whole new xenon lamps (thus losing the wipers) or just buying the glass to recover the current ones http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/merce...66478090QQrdZ1

so question if the xenon ones are enough of an upgrade to make it worth the cost and how difficult the euro glass is to put in. if anyone has experience thanks.

i need to find out whether the connectors & pins for the Headlights set is it the same? can easily P&P(plug & play) as my is a RHD car, i know from one of the forumers that for the LED taillights, i might have a problem with the connectors. so that's why i am holding out for a while, to find out more about the headlights's connectors first!

heard there is a bi-xenon type, hmmm
anyone got pics of it??

bro, your custom-built bi-xenon is great!! Fantastic!!, O Ya, so far, any fuses blown or wire burnt? touch wood. i got pals, who did HID conversions on those Jap cars freq had wires burnt and fuses blown!

but just a word from my view, hope you dun mind, maybe you should get a new panel to hide away the headlight's wiper hole, its a bit of eye sore?

and i wonder, since your custom-built bi-xenon is a success, will there be a commercial spin-off, me kinda lazy to build one.

tot of a Bi-xenon for this type? wonder will the manfactuers do a Bi-xenon.

or for this type

o ya, you did a HID for your W201, any website on it?? i got some members interested in it!

Hey im kinda liking the halo headlights too! But I also like 2Phast headlights as well but it seems too complicated for me to make thus finding the projectors and all. Get them lights man and let us see how it will look like.

i hate them all

they are all too "zing" for the classic looks of the w124

i think you cant beat the euro style ones with a set of xenon bulbs and xenon side lights to get the full blue/pink extra bright headlights

shiney zingy jazzy sparkly lights should stay on jap cars
