1991 300e, m103 to LS1

You may have expected to see some pictures of this completed... I WISH!!

I am going to do it, anyone else put American Iron in their Mercedes?

hey if your in socal i'll help you!.......I rather put a 5.0 because it has a front sump oil pan. You will have to cut your crossmember and try to figure out a way to redo your power steering because it's in the way of the transmission housing. Maybe a rack n pinion setup? lots and lots of work. I don't think the mercedes rear end would be able to handle the power from a ls1? Good luck! if you go with a 5.0 i can help you with parts.

damn, i want that LOL. looks good with the factory merc air cleaner and that intake piping. I wonder how hard it would be to suff the 5.6L v-8 in their froma 560SEL? I think its been done before but not sure.

I really only would use the Vette LS1, looks mor modern than the truck 350s...

Doesn't matter yet. There is a 5.6 MB engine sitting on the shop floor, but I really would rather stay away from that thing...
