Saw this on the W126 board figure thought I would share on ours....Yes you do get a emblem for miles however I was told it was at 250,000 miles , 500,000 miles well NOT true it is measured in KM so true then 155,342.79805933 miles = 250,000 km the convertor is listed here ..you might even get two if your milage is up there...

I called Mercedes Corp and all you need to do is call them get a form go to dealer for confirmation send it in and shazam an emblem will come right from Mercedes..

Yep, I got mine a few months ago. It's totally free, and they send you some really nice stuff--the badge, which is real high-quality, a certificate showing that your car has reached that mileage, and some catalogs.
