Thats crazy. First the uniwiper, and now the vert hood is going!? that sucks. I miss headlight wipers too, now we got these lousy water squirters. My hood still goes straight up. I wonder why they changed it.

Haha really ? the new benz cant do that ?! I always put my hood up like that... my neighboors go woooow all the time-- of course i do it to show off.. a nice 5 foot long hood sticking up in the air like that-- looks sooooo sooo sweet !

I got my car back earlier from the shop then expected, double checked and wop wop, she went vertical.
oops. Hey, but it was fun thinking for a second that we had the luck of not hitting our heads on the grille while the new E owners did. Isn't it? Either way, I took pics to disprove my own word...

hey hey....there's not a damn thing wrong with Anaheim! BTW, you just figured this out? Do you know that you can roll your windows up or down with the key when you lock or unlock your doors? Or what about keeping your trunk locked while you lock and unlock your doors?

statebeach in SC, I park by the beach, use my key to roll down all the windows to blast music, and then lock only the trunk so no one can get to my cooler of beer.
I looked for the hood thing on the new benz a while ago, but it's not as obvious as the 124's. It looks like there is a better chance of smashing your finger, though... kinda danderous. Plus, Im letting a real mechanic do all the work on it!

Will this drop all the windows on the 300ce? Like, the two rear tiny ones? My switches are kinda finicky and the window actuators are going so I might need to use this method if the switches crap out before the actuators
