You'll need to make/have made a turbo header (which won't be easy/cheap).
You'll also need to scavenge a turbo (A low mileage junk yard car might be a good source). You also need, of course a blow off valve, and boost controller (much of which could come from a junker).
The intake could be made, but you'll need to buy a filter (not expensive) and some tube to make an intake out of.
Probably more, but I don't have time to think about it.
What about nitrous? (I've got no experience in this area, but it's usually much cheaper and easier; it can be more dangerous, but if you use it correctly, it won't wear the engine as much because it's not always on.
