Argh... Dissapointing really. Ive been gathering as much information here as I possibly could, asking pretty much any question that I could think of.
My car is bone stock (except for the becker mexico CD radio). I was going to do some light cosmetic upgrades this summer, but things havnt gone as planned. I have to help my parents pay some bills and I have to build mysefl a comptuer for school, and the benz isnt coming to school
What do I realisticly plan for my benz?
First, tails/headlights
Second, headunit/speakers/amp
Third, brakes, tires
Fourth, suspension
Fifth, (my paint is going to hell, clear coat is so dry) a repaint
Sixth, Demec kit with rear spoiler (same time as repaint)

In all honesty, what can I afford to do right now? Probably step one and step two, but that would completly empty my account and I need to pay for textbooks and such so I have to hold off on them for a bit Maybe I will get the tail-lights this summer though, only 70$ or so shipped).
What do you suggest?

Hey Man, Take baby steps. thats how I started off.
I'm still in college too so I know what you mean when it comes to the overly expensive text books and etc. Just paint the grill and do the headlight/taillights. It'll keep you satisfied for awhile.

You could go one of two ways:
1. cheapest stuff first
2. most improtant stuff first
Most important stuff first:
1. suspension
2. brakes and tires
3. lighting
4. everything else
actually, maintenance first, then the above list.

Baby runs fairly well, my dad was a mechanic for mercedes benz 
Hmm... I was thinking about getting a lowering kit (the eibach one that lowers 1.2") and new bilstein sport shocks. Would anything else have to be replaced at that same time?
