Very interesting...I've always hated front license plates. Here in Ohio, we are required to have a front plate too, but it's not really enforced. For the past 4 years, I've never had a front plate, along with numerous friends/family. I've never been pulled over for it.

I imagine it's selectively enforced, for example - a slammed civic driven by an 18 year old blasting the stereo will get pulled over for it, but a 50 year old guy in a town car probably won't.

I don't want to find out that after I've shelled out for the plate delete bumper trim that I'm going to get tickets every other day.

Here in Washington we recently stopped having to put tabs on the front plates... hopefully it is the start of eliminating the plate all together. I have a euro plate on my 68 280SEL and I have only been pulled over once for it. I told the cop that I had to order a new plate bracket from Germany and it had taken longer than expected to get it

Front plates seem so pointless anyways. If a cop is going to take the time to look up my plate/registration, it's going to be when he is behind me or trying to catch me

Dman that sucks *** having front license plates. But yeah it does take away quite a bit from the car. But here in kansas.. we dont ahve front plates .
