1995 e320 wagon
I am considering selling my wifes 300d 2.5 turbo to purchase a 1995 e320 wagon are these cars reliable, the cars I am looking at have about 50,000 miles anything to look for during inspection?

! - Engine wire harness - bad insulation, big $$$ job
2- A/C evaporator- leaks, Have to pull dash to replace - big $$$
3- Head gasket - oil leak at right-rear, again $$$
These are all the biggies for 124 chassis, E320 cars.
They all had these probs and most have been addressed by now, but check cuz it is not "Will, but When " on these items
Otherwise , these are great vehicles and the end of the 124 chassis ... a good chassis.
