trunk molded carpet
Hey guys, does this molded carpet that covers the inner trunk lid fits my 1985 w124? I can get one cheap from the scrap!
The first w124 didn't come with one!

The molded carpet for the trunk lid started in '90.
About the warning triangle, I think most, if not all U.S. versions didn't come with it. Had to buy one & install the retaining clip.

triangle is a euro thing i think. I'd like to get this as well, as looking at the bare metal all the time gets annoying...

Yes, Only W124's 1990+ came with carpeted trunks.
I have a complete set of carpet for sale from my 1990 300E if anyone is interested.
Also, EURO Triangles only came in Europe. lol Kind of rare but worth it if you can obtain one. I need to buy another bracket since those types of bracket, once you clip it to the trunk you can never remove it.

yep still have mine, surprisingly it still has everything in it lol. Figured it would be like the BMW toolkits which get raided during the life of most older ones and you end up with one or two things...
