EXACTLY!!!! Why would anyone want to do that?!?!?!?

Of course, I don't get why everyone wants to upgrade to the 94-95 hood/grill either, so what do I know?

Because the facelift hood makes all the difference in the world! Completely changes the look of the car!

The facelist grill and hood looks great, but if you do what I did to mine, you don't need it. I think the pre facelift looks a bit more agressive, but it depends on how your car looks. the facelift hood in my opinion doesn;t look good with the AMG Gen I body kit. the Gen II kit looks better with the facelift hood though.

Since my car is blacked out including the grill, it looks great to me and I like the wider grill.

On the new e-class, benz went with a wider grill because it looks more agressive. I think the new 07 model E looks great. my brother just picked one up and it looks hot.

I'm hijacking the thread, but saw the movie "Borat" on the weekend. I haven't laughed that hard for a long time. Makes one think too, with the points that he makes in the 'documentary'. Oh, Pam is in the movie : )
