I have my OEM headligths, but the I am afraid the back was damaged when I retrofited an HID kit, and the glass in one of the headligths is cracked that is the main reason why I did the up grade to aftermarket headligths

I'm amazed that there is no intercooler setup whatsoever. Does it include an ecu-remap, injectors, etc.? I know that this is probably the only turbo kit for W124, but $6500+international shipping, I really would have expected more.

No, nothing more than the Turbos (2) exhaust manifolds, Air Instakes, oil system and, fuel pressure regulator.
I will have to do by my self an injector upgrade, Ecu, remap, and intercooler, but this are additional and shall not interfere with the promised HP and Torq gains.....Will see, I thinck I will have the car dynoed today

not stock.
wow, that is one VERY expensive turbo kit..... YOU DEFF> need some kind "cooling: the air charger..... I will imagine this is a "low boost" kit since all your internals are STOCK, so I would look into a "water/methanol" injection kit instead of an intercooler.... I would also look into finding a better way of locating the air filters, instead of having them right next to the hot turbos.... you may also want to consider CERAMIC COATING the HOT part of the turbos and the exhaust manifolds....this will DRAMATICALLY lower under-hood temps. and pro long the life of your turbos, engine, and probably even add power.
on a side note.... good job on going this route. very very cool.

Shall you have any reliable info about cooling systems please letme know, I think I will need to aproach rentech, to maximaze the turbo benefits.

You don't necessarilly need to approach an M-B tuner like Renntech, so much as an experienced fabricator. You may lose some response with all the extra piping involved to add an intercooler, but considering you don't have an intercooler at all, I can only imagine it will add power as the intake charge will be cooler than it is with straight piping.
The problem with the W124 is you really don't have much room to add an intercooler with out, at least, adding a bumper with enough area to fit it.
I am really surprised that that turbos, manifolds, intake pipe and fpr is all you get for $6500. It just looks way too simply engineered. Let us know how the dyno goes.

I am looking in to different ways, of intercoolers, but it seems like I need to work more in fuel management now, it seems that is to rich, rigth now I am doing tests, and dyno runs.

I would approach this the following way..... save the hassle of having to "re-engineer" a $6500 kit, by having to add extra piping, custom intercooler, etc... And simply add a Water/methanol injection kit, all this does is inject a 50/50 mix of water & methanol into your throttle body to dramatically decrees intake temperatures, & it is boost-dependant activated, so it will only funtion when the car is "on boost"... the kit comes with a water reservoir, simillar to that of your wind-shiel wipers in which you poor the mix...... you normally have to fill it up about 1 or 2 times a month (depending on how much and long you run the car)... this is seen very often on supercharged cars, & on turbo cars running high compression or lots & lots of boost, very common on VWs... the source I would recommend for a system like this is WolfCars, located in Miami FL.. these guys are German heads... & boost junkies, so I think they could help you out alot. Here is their contact info:
Wolfcars Parts Tuning
8568 NW 64 St
Miami, FL, 33166
t: (305) 593-8162 - f: (305) 593-8895
call them and explain to them your situation, & ask them about the water-methanol kit....... also a good side of this is that it will probably cost you half as much as what a custom intercooler setup would.
btw, is your car "not" running a Blow Off valve???

since your running this at "low boost" (by the way, how much are you actually boosting?)

btw, what exhaust setup are you running with these turbos???
If it were me, I would run a 2.5" dual system all the way back with one center & rear Magnaflow dual in/out mufflers..... no cats & custom tips.
