I also finally had the time to install a few items I ordered a while back. Chrome rings for the fan-selectors, chrome gear-selector surround, zebrano gear selector knob. The chrome nicely matches my Blaupunkt headunit which also has chrome trimming and the knob sure looks like it originally came with the car!

I really like the way your blaupunkt head unit fits the look of your car. The round shapes of the chrome definitely make the new chrome rings look like they belong there.

The shift knob also looks oem. Nice work.

yea thats pretty hot, how much did the chrome dials and the gear selector rings cost ? Ive seen chrome rings for the gauges, which look pretty nice also.

There's a Turkish guy overhere in Rotterdam who sells all kinds of aftermarket stuff for Mercedes and BMW. The rings were €15 the knob was €20 and the chrome surround was also €20 so €55.- total. Not too shabby cuz it's all real metal and wood. I've seen the rings for the gauges but it's a bit of overkill. It simply looks too modern on the W124...
