Advice on some projection headlights.

I'm really looking forward to buying these. But wanted to know does anyone have any aswell? Think it would be ok using these or a bad idea? I like the little angel eye it has.

lol, *drives down the road* "Oh look it's a BMW, wait no it's just a 300e with angel eyes" haha

Sorry but my car looks nothing like a BMW LOL it has benz written all over it LOL

Well those lights are ok, I for one am more interested in performance (I mean looks too of course, but performance #1) so as far as lighting I couldnt begin to tell you how those perform.

Looks wise they are ok, we would be more interested in those for the HID retro then the look itself.

those are easy candidates for HID.

I dunno, those are alright. But I just can't seem to make friends with the look of projector lights on W124's... They kind of remind me of Arnold in Terminator when his skin gets torn off his face and you see his robot eyes. It just makes the headlights even more of a focal point of the front end, which doesn't look right to me.

I'd have to see a pic of these installed to make my final judgements... But my initial thought is that the headlights way outdate your car and will look like you're trying too hard to make updates. Just my $.02

Not to forget you cant install HID's in them. I just emailed the seller and he said its not possible since it will melt the headlights.

You definitely don't want to buy ANY headlight with a plastic lens. ever.
with time it turnes yellow and get sandblasted until it looks like shizzle.

there is a guy selling some euros that have been converted to projectors on ebay.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...048680466&rd=1

I had asked him some questions about them.

his e-mail is: bemerandbenzparts at gmail dot com

I believe he said his reserve price was not too high, and they look good to me.

I would have bought them, but I am already working on my own set of hid projector headlights for my car. I already bought bixenon projectors, the shrouds, and I have the extra set of euros coming in soon, and I already have the HID setup.

His sets look pretty good from the pictures and description. He also told me the front glass even witht he refraction lines don;t mess with the beam pattern.

Anyway, he is an option. And I am not connected in any way to him just happened to find it by chance the other week and asked him questions on how he did some things so I could have more help with getting mine done.
